No liquid or gas storage tanks exceeded the limits allowed by Technical Specification 3.11.2.6 during the reporting period.

The Process Control Manual was revised during the reporting period. A Solidification Process Control Procedure was deleted due to the ending of a solidification campaign.

No major changes were made to the Liquid, Gaseous, or Solid Radwaste Treatment Systems pursuant to Technical Specification 6.15.

No new locations for dose calculations and/or environmental monitoring were identified pursuant to the Land Use Census as required by Technical Specification 3.12.2.

TURKEY POINT PLANT UNITS 3 AND 4 SEMIANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT Executive Summar Liquid effluent releases at Turkey Point did not exceed the concentrations specified in 10 CFR 20'ppendix B, Table II, Column

2. The limits for dissolved and entrained noble gases were not exceeded.

The dose or dose commitment limits per reactor to a member of the public from liquid effluents released were not exceeded.

Dose rate limits due to radioactive materials in the gaseous effluents were not exceeded.

Air dose limits per reactor to areas at and beyond the site boundary due to noble gases released in gaseous effluents were not exceeded.

The reactor coolant activity limits for Unit 3 and Unit 4 were not exceeded.

All liquid and airborne discharges to the environment were analyzed in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Regulatory Guide 1.21.

An inoperable steam jet air ejector effluent monitoring instrument was declared out of service due to water intrusion on June 10, 1993. The monitor was returned to service after modification on July 24, 1993.
