50-250 and 50-251 Boric Acid Concentration Reduction Pro'ect By letter L-90-411 dated November 27, 1990, Florida Power and Light (FPL) submitted a request to amend the Turkey Point Technical Specifications by reducing the boric acid concentration requirements in the boric acid tanks.
Subsequently, the NRC and FPL discussed the submittal and the NRC requested one copy of the technical report cited as a reference within the submittal.
In response to this request, enclosed is the following report:
