Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Dockets 50-250 and 50-25 I Proposed License Amendment Auxiliar Feedwater S stem In accordance with IO CFR 50.90, Florida Power
& Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating Licenses DPR 3 I and 4 I.
The proposed amendment provides individual technical specifications for the auxiliary feedwater system (AFW) and condensate storage tank (CST),
and corrects errors in valve numbers in Table 3. I6-I.
The proposed changes are described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages.

Section 3.8 Pa e 3.8-I The specification for operation of the AFW system and CST are deleted from this section and included in new Section 3. I8 and 3. I9.
Table 3.I6-I Pa e 3.I6-2 Table 3. I6-I is revised'to correct errors in valve numbers.
Section 3.I8 Pa es 3.I8-I to 3.I8-2 New section added to include specification for AFW system operation.
Section 3.I9 Pa e 3.I9 New section added to include specification for CST operation.

It has been determined that the proposed amendment does not involve a signficant hazards consideration pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92.
A no significant hazards consideration evaluation is attached.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b)(l), a copy of this proposed license amendment is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.
In accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c), FPL Check No. 1182 for $
1 SO is attached.
The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power and Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
