Re: Turkey Point Units 3 8 4 Docket No. 50-250 and 50-251 Proposed License Amendment Auxiliary Feedwater System In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30, Florida Power 8 Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41.

This amendment is submitted in response to a NRC letter dated December 24, 1981 which requested that we propose a Technical Specification change to require that a dedicated, individual in communication with the control room be stationed at the Auxiliary Feedwater area when valves are manually realigned.

The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages bearing the date of this letter in the lower right hand corner.

Technical S ecification 4. 10, Page 4. 10-1 This specification is changed to add the requi rement mentioned above.

The proposed amendment has been reviewed and approved by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power 8 Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
