'ontainment Leakage Paths-AdmirRSrative Correction In accordcnce with IO CFR 50.90, Florida Power & Light Compcny (FPL) submits herewith a request to amend Facility Operating License DPR-67.
This amendment is submitted to revise several valve tag md penetration numbers in the St. Lucie Unit I Technical Specifications Table 3.6-I, "Containment Leakag'e Path" end Table 3.6-2, "Containment Isolation Valves". Certain valve tag numbers being changed are currently listed with generic valve numbers and not the actual valve tag numbers.
Additionally, several valve tag numbers do not include the seismic qualificaticn identifier or are shown as incorrect valve types.
The penetration numbers for several penetrations are missing the alphabetic identification.
These changes are considered administrative/editorial in nature end have been identified as a result of continuing review of the Technical Specifications by FPL.
Marked up copies of the affected Technical Specification pages are included as Attachment I.
A Safety Evaluation in support of the proposed amendment is included as Attachment 2.
A "Determinaton of No Significcnt Hazards Consideration" is provided as Attachment 3.
The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power & Light Company Nuclear Review board.
In accordance with IO CFR 50.9 l(b)(l), a copy of the proposed amendment is being forwarded to the state designee for the State of Florida.
