WNP-2, OPERATING LICE<NSE NPF-21 CYCLE 14 CORE OPERATING LIMITSREPORT (COLR)
The Supply System hereby submits COLR 98-14, Revision 1, in accordance with the requirements of WNP-2 Technical Specification 5.6.5.
The COLR was revised to change certain MCPR values.
The changes were necessary to address errors discovered in the cycle 14 transient analysis.
The errors involved incorrect input to BISON and SLAVE computer codes used to establish MCPR operating limits. The changes have been evaluated against the criteria of 10 CFR 50.59 and it was determined that no unreviewed safety questions are created.
The COLR has been reviewed and approved by the WNP-2 Plant Operations Committee.
