1 NIS-1 CODE DATA REPORT The Summary Report Supplement 1 documents the Supply System's completion of the PSI at Plant 2.
Also submitted as part of the supplement are the NIS-1 Owner's Data Report for PSI and the NIS-2 Owner's Report of Repair or Replacement forms for repairs or replacements completed between March 31, 1983 and October 30, 1984.
