1983 Reference a) transmitted the WNP-2 Design Reverification Program Final Assessment Report to the NRC for review.
That report indicated two areas of review were not complete and would be provided in a later addendum.
Enclosed are copies of the addendum which completes the Supply System design reverification activities.
Reference b) provided responses to several staff questions that were addressed at a meeting between the NRC staff and Supply System personnel held in Bethesda, Maryland, Tuesday, November 28, 1983.
At the time Reference b) was prepared, the response to MEB guestion 3 (PFR-RHR-25 corrective action status) indicated the results of the General Electric coupled piping and RHR heat exchanger analysis were preliminary.
The final'results of the analysis were obtained on December 8, 1983, and conveyed to R. Li of the NRC staff during a telephone conversation on yd l

This letter confirms that telephone conversation during which we stated the coupled analysis was final and showed

the maximum up load was within the modified washer plate design.
Fur-ther evaluation of this item, conducted as Potentially Reportable Condition No..259, has shown that although the coupled analysis did increase the up loads, the original washer plate design was adequate.
