The purpose of this letter is to transmit Supplement No.
3 which closes all previous items and provides a discussion of work performed to complete the programs previously outlined in the original report.

Additional deficiencies that have been identified and repaired since submittal of Reference (a) do not fall outside the bounding assumptions made in the original SSW evaluation, nor do they invalidate the conclu-sions, with respect to the integrity of the
- SSW, made in that original evaluation.

Any future nonconforming conditions pertaining to the sacrificial shield wall will be dispositioned using normal project procedures and will be available for review by the NRC Resident Inspector as necessary.
