1996 and are reportable pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59(b)2.
This report correlates with the information included in Revision 10 of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report submitted under separate cover.
In addition, temporary system alterations and procedure revisions, since January 1995 requiring safety evaluations, have been included.
