50-335 and 50-389 Proposed License Amendments Or anizational Titles By letter L-90-313 (dated August 27, 1990),
as amended by letter L-90-351 (dated September 27, 1990), Florida Power
& Light Company (FPL) proposed to revise the St.
Lucie Units 1
and 2 Facility Operating Licenses.
The purpose of these amendments was to revise Technical Specification Section 6.0, Administrative Controls, by adding more general organizational titles to the Technical Specifications of both units and to correct a typographical error in the Technical Specifications of St. Lucie Unit 1.
FPL discussed the proposed amendment with the NRC subsequent to receipt and initial review by the NRC.
As a result of the discussions, FPL now proposes to amend its applications to revise the St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications (Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter).
The changes to the Technical Specifications of Attachments 1 and 2
of this letter are enveloped by the Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration of L-90-313.
