request to amend Facility Operating Licenses DPR-67 and NPF-16,. for St.
Lucie Units 1
and 2,
respectively.
These amendments revise Section 6.0, Administrative
- Controls, by adding more general organizational titles and correcting a typographical error.
Attachments 1 and 2 include the marked-up Technical Specification pages for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2, respectively.
Attachment 3 is a
Safety Analysis in support of the proposed
- changes, and Attachment 4
is a
"Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration."
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1),
a copy of these proposed license amendments is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.
The proposed amendments have been reviewed by the St. Lucie Plant Facility Review Group and the FPL Company Nuclear Review Board.
