Docket No. 50-335 Proposed License Amendment Combustible Gas Control - H dro en Anal zers In accordance with IO CFR 50.90, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) submits herewith a request to amend Facility Operating License DPR-67.
The proposed amendment involves a change to Technical Specification 3/4.6.4 "Combustible Gas Control-Hydrogen Analyzers".
The proposed change provides clarification as to calibration and surveillance required for the two hydrogen analyzers and their grab sample systems for containment hydrogen determination.
A marked up copy of the affected Technical Specification page is included as Attachment I.
A Safety Evaluation in support of the proposed amendment is included as Attachment 2.
A "Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration" is provided as Attachment 3.
The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power &Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
In accordance with IO CFR 50.9 l(b)(l), a copy of the proposed amendment is being forwarded to the state designee for the State of Florida.
ln accordance with IO CFR l70.2I, FPL Check No. 4540 is attached as remittance for the license amendment application fee for,St. Lucie Unit I.
