Withdrawal of License Amendment Request 16-01; Revised Commitment to Modify FCS Plant Systems as Part of the Implementation of NFPA 805 The purpose of this letter is to withdraw LAR 16-01 (Reference 1 ), which the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) had requested to revise the Commitment to Modify FCS Plant Systems as Part of the Implementation of NFPA 805 and the "Notification of Alternative Implementation of REC-111 and REC-137 from the Original License Condition" (Reference 2) at Fort Calhoun Station (FCS), Unit No. 1.
EMPLOYMENT WITH EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
LIC-16-0069 Page 2 Reference 3 documents OPPD's decision to cease power operations at FCS. Following this decision, OPPD has determined that this LAR and the alternate implementation are no longer needed and is withdrawing LAR 16-01 and the alternate implementation notification.
