Letter from A. Boland (U. S. NAC) to B. Hanson (Exelon Generation Company, LLC), "Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3- Integrated Inspection Report 05000237/2015002; 05000249/2015002; 07200037/2015001 and Preliminary White Finding," dated August 7, 2015 In the referenced letter, the NAC documented a finding preliminarily determined to be of White significance concerning the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2 *c* Electromatic Relief Valve's inability to perform its intended safety function. The finding ~ associated with the Mitigating Systems Comerstone of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process.

The referenced letter requested verbal and written notifications regarding Exelon Generation Company, LLC's (EGC's) intention to present its perspectives on the facts and assumptions related to this finding to the NRC in either a Regulatory Conference or in writing within 1O days of the date of the letter.

EGC has evaluated the issue has elected not to contest the significance or characterization of the preliminary White finding. Consistent with the inspection report, Mr. Jamnes Cameron was contacted on August 13, 2015, and notified of EGC's Intentions.
