In the referenced letter NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) submitted a relief request for re-categorization of the four steam generator nozzle dissimilar metal welds installed in Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP) Unit 2. Following a conference call with NRC Staff, NextEra has determined that it will withdraw this Relief Request. NextEra will be submitting a new Relief Request in the near future.
This letter contains no new Regulatory Commitments or revisions to existing Regulatory Commitments.
