WBN Unit 2 Cyber Security Plan Implementation Milestones 1 through 7 Status and Proposed License Condition.

The purpose of this letter is to provide a status of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Unit 2 Cyber Security Plan (CSP) Implementation Milestones 1 - 7 and a proposed WBN Unit 2 CSP License Condition. contains the status of completion of CSP Implementation Milestones 1 through 7 for WBN Unit 2. Enclosure 2 provides a proposed WBN Unit 2 Facility Operating License Condition to be included with the Facility Operating License when issued by the NRC. TVA is providing this proposed License Condition to coordinate with a WBN Unit 1 submittal dated April 1, 2015, (TVA Letter No. CNL-15-021) that clarifies the Bright-Line demarcation point between assets controlled by the Nuclear Power Group and those controlled by the Transmission and Power Operation group.

TVA is submitting this information to support a proposed NRC inspection to assess and verify that the licensee's cyber security program interim implementation milestones one through seven have been implemented in accordance with the regulatory requirements of 10 CFR 73.54, NRC approved CSPs and implementation schedules.

TVA considers Enclosure 1 to contain security related information and requests it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1 ).

ENCLOSURE 2 WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 PROPOSED CYBER SECURITY PLAN LICENSE CONDITION Watts Bar Nuclear Plant-Unit 2 Proposed Cyber Security Plan License Condition The licensee shall fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Commission-approved cyber security plan (CSP), including changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.90 and 10 CFR 50.54(p). The licensee CSP was approved by NUREG-0847, Supplement xx, "Safety Evaluation Report related to the Operation of Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2," published [Month Year].
