See Page 3 Discussions with the NRC have determined that a regulatory commitment regarding the classification and seismic analysis of components installed by Modification EC 55394 will facilitate NRC approval of License Amendment Request (LAR) 13-03 (Reference 1).

In Reference 2, the NRC requested additional information regarding LAR 13-03 to which the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) responded (Reference 3) and supplemented its response in Reference 4.

Accordingly, the regulatory commitment is attached. As noted in Reference 4, the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) requests 180 days to implement the amendment and complete this commitment.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this letter is being provided to the designated State of Nebraska official.
