to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Regulatory lssue Summary (RlS) 2014-13.

"Planned Licensinq Action Submittals for All Power Reactor Licensees" On December 17,2014, the NRC staff issued RIS 20 14-13, "Planned Licensing Action Submittals for All Power Reactor Licensees."

The NRC staff asked that all power reactor licensees voluntarily provide information regarding the number of licensing actions the licensee intends to submit for NRC review forlhe next three calendar years and any plans to submit a power uprate request in the next five calendar years.

FENOC hereby provides planned activities for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, and Perry Nuclear Power Plant (Attachments 1, 2 and 3, respectively).

FENOC does not plan to submit power uprate requests within the next five years. This information may be made publically available.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
