FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 90-DAY NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1) OF INTENT TO LOAD SPENT FUEL UNDER A GENERAL LICENSE Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under 72.21 0," Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri, is notifying the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of its intent to load spent nuclear fuel in approved storage casks at the Callaway Plant, Unit 1, Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. Ameren Missouri intends to use the General License granted under 10 CFR 72, Subpart K, and will use the Holtec International Underground Maximum Capacity (UMAX) Canister Storage System (docket no. 72-1040), pending NRC approval. 10 CFR 72.212(b)(l) requires notification to the NRC at least 90 days prior to the first storage of spent fuel under the general license.

Ameren Missouri plans to begin its initial spent fuel loading campaign on or after April 27, 2015.
