Dear Sir or Madam:
On March 12, 2012, the NRC requested information to support the evaluation of the NRC staff recommendations for the Near-Term Task Force (NTTF) review of the accident at the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear facility. Recommendation 2.1 of the NRC request was for a reevaluation of all appropriate external flooding sources and the submittal of a Hazard Evaluation Report. The Entergy response was submitted in the Reference letter as "Entergy Fleet Fukushima Program Flood Hazard Reevaluation Report for Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC) Units 2 and 3" Revision 0.
The subsequent NRC audit on May 27 to 30 was conducted using "Entergy Fleet Fukushima Program Flood Hazard Reevaluation Report for Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC) Units 2 and 3" Revision 2.
The purpose of this letter is to supplement revision 0 of the report contained in the Referenced letter by docketing a copy of revision 2 of the report which is enclosed.
