Southern Nuclear (SNC) previously submitted a letter (Ref. SNC Letter No. NL 12-1331, dated May 16, 2013) requesting NRC approval for use of the Delta Protection MURUROA V4F1 R Supplied Air Suits and the MURUROA BLU Suit Systems (Ref. ADAMS Accession Number ML13137A132). SNC has since learned that the subject suits formerly produced by Delta Protection (a Bacou Dalloz company) are currently produced and sold by Honeywell Safety Products, Inc.
Honeywell Safety Products has informed SNC that the change does not impact the manufacturing form, fit, or function of the Delta Protection MURUROA V4F1 R Supplied Air Suits or the MURUROA BLU Suit Systems.
