Initial Issue Revision 1 SL Report No.: SL-2012-10794 Rev. No.1 March 22, 2013 Page No.4 of 57 The following changes are based on Revision 1 to SL-2012-10794, HCGS Walkdown Record Forms, PSEG notification 20592267 and condition report 70147821:
- 1. The total number of flood protection features is reduced from 1476 to 1473, and the number of installed, passive features is reduced from 1413 to 1410, based on the following:
- a.
Feature E-3459 (the east wall in room 3459) was found to be duplicated.
- b. Features E-3201-007 and E-206-005 were determined not to be credited external flood protection features.
- 2. The number of restricted access features changed from 183 to 189. Six features have been added to Attachment C, "Restricted Access - Flood Protection Features."
- 3. The number of flood protection features walked down changed from 1267 to 1258, consistent with the removal of three features from the population and the addition of six features to the restricted access list.
- 4. Flood protection feature W-4307-001 is a fire-wrapped seal and is not inside a junction box. The description of the feature in Attachment C, line 176, is revised accordingly.
- 5.
Minor editorial changes are also included.

Those flood protection features listed In Attachment C have "Restricted Access" in accordance with the guidelines provided within NEI 12-07 Rev. O-A. Access to the restricted access features is currently prevented due, typically, to plant operating conditions preventing or limiting access; or full or partial disassembly of plant structures is required to facilitate the inspection. Flood protection features identified as being restricted access are entered in the PSEG CAP to schedule the performance of a future walkdown and evaluation.

A review of the potential deficiencies is performed, as part ofthe PSEG CAP process, to determine ifthe potential deficiencies are considered as deficiencies.
Additional reviews to evaluate potential deficiencies and implement corrective actions to rectify the identified discrepancies are addressed within the PSEG CAP process.
11 Includes one Yard Structure Walkdown and two Guideline / Abnormal Weather Procedures (Refs. 16 and 17), in addition to the total number of passive and active flood protection features.
12 Includes materiel condition issues identified in Attachment A. This total also includes features with documentation insufficient for determining hydrostatic rating. One notification is included in Attachment A to establish the features' margin.
