FPL Letter L-2012-209 dated May 11, 2012, FPL/St. Lucie Plant 60-Day Response to NRC Letter, Request for Information Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 50.54(f) Regarding Recommendations 2.1, 2.3, and 9.3, of the Near-Term Task Force Review of Insights from the Fukushima Dai-Ichi Accident; dated March 12, 2012 In the referenced letter, FPL/St. Lucie Plant proposed an alternative course of action for providing portions of the requested information in the NRC's 10 CFR 50.54(f) Request for Information letter dated March 12, 2012. Those proposed alternative dates made reference to the "second refueling outage, as used within the context of NRC Order EA-12-049." To clarify, for the St. Lucie Plant, those dates are referenced to Refueling Outage SL 1-26, currently planned for Fall 2015.
