to this letter provides revisions to the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 James A. FitzPatrick. Nuclear Power Plant's (JAF) Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Reports.

These corrections are based on application of a factor in the, software that was not updated prior to the preparation of the reports. includes a corrected Table 1A and corrected Addendum 1 Table 1, for each of the referenced years. The format used for the effluent data is outlined in Appendix B of Regulatory Guide 1.21, Revision 1. Distribution is in accordance with Regulatory Guide 10.1, Revision 4.

There are no commitments contained in this letter.
