Dear Sir or Madam:
Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted the relief requests for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1s (ANO-1) fourth 10-Year Inservice Inspection (ISI) interval via Reference 1. Entergy submitted a request for alternative in Reference 2 for a Risk-Informed ISI program based on ASME Code Case N-716. In that submittal, Entergy committed to withdraw Request for Alternative CEP-ISI-007 pertaining to the application of Code Case N-663 and its use at ANO-1 upon the NRCs approval of the Risk-Informed ISI Program.
The approval of this program was provided in Reference 3. ANO-1 is therefore withdrawing the request for use of ASME Code Case N-663 (Request for Alternative CEP-ISI-007); this code case is no longer incorporated in the ANO-1 ISI Program.
This submittal fulfills the commitment made in Reference 2. This submittal does not include any new commitments.
