M2 Florida Power & Light Company, the licensee for the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, and the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant, Units 3 and 4, FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC, the licensee for Seabrook Station, FPL Energy Duane Arnold LLC, the licensee for the Duane Arnold Energy Center and FPL Energy Point Beach, LLC, the licensee for Point Beach Nuclear Plant (collectively, FPL) hereby submit the following comment on Draft Regulatory Guide 5026, "Fatigue Management for Nuclear Power Plant Personnel."
Representatives of FPL have participated in the industry effort with Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) to collect and transmit comments on the referenced document.
Based on participation in and review of this collective effort, FPL, FPL Energy Seabrook, FPL Energy Point Beach and FPL endorses the comments transmitted by the NEI letter dated October 30, 2008.
