In a conference call between the NRC staff and Detroit Edison, the staff requested that Detroit Edison clarify the staffing requirement of the Shift Technical Advisor (STA) as provided in the RERP Plan.

As delineated in RERP Plan, Table B-i, "Staffing for Fermi 2 Emergency Response Organization," an STA is required to be on shift at all times and in all modes to respond to any declared RERP Plan emergency.
