PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY - NRC NON-ROUTINE INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-5/2007-203
Dear Dr. Pell:
This letter refers to the inspection conducted on October 9-12, 16-19, and November 14-15, and 27, 2007, at the Pennsylvania State University Breazeale Research Reactor facility. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection.
The inspection examined pool leakage identification and repair activities conducted under your license as they relate to safety and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no findings of significance were identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs document system (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
