Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1 (FCS) Steam Generator Tube Plugging Report - 2005 Refueling Outage Pursuant to FCS Technical Specification (TS) 3.17(5)(i), the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) completed eddy current testing of the steam generator tubes at Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) on March 23, 2005, during the twenty-second refueling outage. In accordance with the TS, OPPD reports that 54 tubes were plugged in Steam Generator (SG) RC-2A and 51 tubes were plugged in SG RC-2B. To date, SG RC-2A has 362 plugged tubes and SG RC-2B has 391 plugged tubes. No tubes were repaired by sleeving in either steam generator during the 2005 Refueling Outage. Specific details in regard to steam generator tube plugging will be included in the six (6) month report required by TS 3.17(5)(ii).
