ORDER This matter is before the Commission on a Motion for Reconsideration, filed by the Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone (CCAM). The Motion asks that we vacate CLI-04-12, which we issued on May 4, 2004, and reinstate a petition to intervene in this proceeding filed on February 12, 2004. In CLI-04-12, we denied a similar request to vacate a decision of the Secretary that the February 12th petition was prematurely filed, to re-instate the February 12th petition as originally filed, and to hold that the prior version of the Rules of Procedure in 10 C.F.R. Part 2 would apply to this proceeding. We have reviewed the Motion and see no reason to reverse our decision in CLI-04-12. Accordingly, the Motion for Reconsideration is denied.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
For the Commission
