In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206(b), the attached report of the results of individual monitoring carried out at the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant for 2001 is herewith submitted.
The report includes a record for each individual for whom monitoring was either required by 10 CFR 20.1502 or for individuals for whom monitoring was provided but not required. The enclosed electronic media contains all the information required by Form NRC 5. A printout of the contents of the electronic media is provided for your convenience.
Furthermore, the following information is provided pursuant to the instructions contained in Appendix A of Regulatory Guide 8.7:
