Gentlemen:
Haddam Neck Plant Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. I and 2 Supplement to Annual Report As committed in Reference (1), we are submitting the enclosed supplement to the annual report. It covers certain changes (jumpers, lifted leads, and bypasses) which were made to operable systems in 1985 and which were " changes in the facility as described in the safety analysis report."
For Millstone Unit No.1, there were no such changes that constituted a change in the facility as described in the Final Safety Analysis Report.
The necessary information for the Haddam Neck Plant and Millstone Unit No. 2 is reported in Attachments I and 2, respectively.
