Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Unit Nos.1 & 2; Docket Nos. 50-317 & 50-318 Comments Regarding Data Entered in the Reactor Vessel Integrity Database (RVID) for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, UnitNos. I and 2 (TAC Nos. MA0532 and MA0533) 1 By letter dated July 6,1999 (Reference a), you closed out issues concerning Generic Letter 92-01, Revision 1, Supplement 1, " Reactor Vessel Structural Integrity." In your July 6,1999, letter, you also informed us that you have released the revised Reactor Vessel Integrity Database (RVID) as RVID Version 2 and requested that we provide commen'ts by September 1,1999 regarding the acceptability of the data entered for our reactor vessel.s. Our comments are provided below.

1. For Calvert Cliffs Unit 1, Intermediate Shell D-7206-2, Heat C-4441-2, the correct unirradiated RTNDT value is-30 F as indicated in Reference (b) not 10 F contained in RVID. l
2. For Calvert Cliffs Unit 1, Intermediate Shell Axial Weld 2-203, Heat 20291/12008, the docketed USE value is 110 ft-lbs not the 112 ft-lbs contained in RVID (see Reference c).
3. For Calvert Cliffs Urit 2, intemediate/ Lower Shell Circumferential Weld 9-203, Heat 10137, the docketed unirradiated USE value is 140 ft-lbr not the 137 ft-lbs contained in RVID (see Reference d).
4. For Calvert Cliffs Unit 2, Intermediate Shell Axial Weld 2-203, lleat A8746, the docketed unirradiated USE value is 84 ft-lbs not the 88 f1-lbs contained in RVID (see Reference e).
