MR. MICHAEL O'NEILL is the Duquesne Light Company Field Engineering Manager at the site responsible for providing the necessary Duquesne Light Company oversight and direction to the field engineering effort. He reports to Mr. Thomas.

MR. R. J. SWIDERSKI has assumed the position of Manager of Startup and Operations effective December 1, 1985. He is head-quartered at the site and reports directly to me. He is responsible for all activities related to startup, preoperational testing and the direction of the Duquesne Light Company personnel and contractors who are performing activities related to startup, testing, operating and maintaining all permanent plant equipment prior to fuel loading.
