Inspection No. 70-1100/85-07 This refers to the routine safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. D. W. Jones on November 4-8, 1985 of activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1067 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Jones with Mr. R. E. Sheeran and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
