Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 16 to the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.

Revision 16 generally reflects the ongoing changes effecting the transition of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security systems structures and components from the interim system to the final system. Addresses isolation zone degrades, CCTV camera degrade, SSF degraded compensatory measures, added portals, deleted portals,due to the Vendor / Locker Building.and indicates barrier the relocation Specific of the protected area plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 16 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
