Pursuant to 10CFR50.54 (f) and in accordance with Generic Letter 89-10, Item m, this letter serves as notification that the l' committed programmatic actions taken to address Items a through h of Generic Letter 89-10 have been implemented at the Hope Creek Generating Station.

It is our understanding that this notification will initiate  ;

discussion between NRR and the Regional Staff relative to a closure review of our program. We look forward to facilitating this review by providing any support or additional information j necessary to close Generic Letter 89-10 for Hope Creek.
