Status Report for Preparatico and Draft Emergency Plans The Ormmwalth of Pennsylvania expects that draft ecargency plans will be available to the parties in this proceeding in accordance with the following schedule:

May 6,1983 - The Camonwealth of Pennsylvania has ccupleted

" Change 3" to Annex E, " Fixed Nuclear Incidents," of the Cocmanwealth of Pennsylvania Disaster Operatim Plan. '" Change 3" will include Appendix F, " Limerick Generating Station Site Specific Plan," in its Appendix

12. Change 3 will be printed within the next several l

weeks and will be distributed to all holders of Annex

l November 15, 1983 - PER will have empleted internal review and will have printed sufficient copies of draft emer-gency plans, which will be available.

Noverrber 15, 1983 - PEMA is working with the Bureau of Correction to prepare an emergency plan for the Grater-ford State Correctional Institution and with the Depart-ment of Public Welfare to prepare an emergency plan for the Pennhurst Mental Retardation Center. Draft emergency plans will be available approximately November 15, 1983, subject to procedures to insure ccnfidentiality relating to the Graterford plan.
