| Event Description | At 1034 [EDT] on August 24, 2018, a contractor supervisor violated the licensee's Fitness-for-Duty (FFD)
program by subverting a follow-up Fitness for Duty Test. The contractor's site access has been terminated. The NRC Resident Inspector was notified. |
