| Event Description | The following information was provided by the licensee (text in quotes):
At 0437 Unit 1 scrammed. The initiating event appears to be a turbine tripped initiated by a High level in 122 moisture separator drain tank. Investigating [the cause] of the scram will determine the actual cause. All control rods fully inserted into the core. HPCI initiated. Three relief valves lifted and reseated normally. The Reactor water clean up system is removing decay heat. The licensee will notify the NRC Resident Inspector. |
