| Description | The inspectors identified a Green, NCVof 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, Instructions, Procedures, and Drawings, associated with the licensees failure to establish an adequate procedure for controlling and processing vendor documents and vendor technical information. This resulted in the licensees failure to properly evaluate changes made by vendors to plant equipment. Specifically, the licensee allowed vendors to make physical changes to a component cooling water pump shaft and main steam isolation valve actuators without evaluating these changes. |
