Attached is a revised report which covers the Owner's Activity Report Form, OAR-1, for Waterford 3 Operating Cycle 22 / Refuel 22, enclosed as Attachment 1. This report is being re-submitted due to an Authorized Nuclear lnservice Inspector (ANII) audit that disclosed minor errors within inspection interval and period, date and revision of inspection plans, and code cases not documented on this report. The revised OAR-1 form is enclosed. A copy of this letter and the attached revised report is also being submitted to the office of the Louisiana State Fire Marshall.

There are no new commitments contained in this submittal.
