Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR) is the ratio of the bundle power required for on-set to transition boiling somewhere in the bundle to actual bundle power.
Safety Limit MCPR (SLMCPR)
The Safety Limit MCPR is the static value set by the TS 2.1.1.
Operating Limit MCPR (OLMCPR)
The Operating Limit MCPR is the active value which is calculated based on current plant conditions. For example, core arrangement, age of fuel, or flow speed all affect on the inputs into the calculation which determines OLMCPR.
