II. No. See I above.

III. No. See I above.

SER No. TPC 85-725 Description of Change Install additional valves to valve lineup checklists for performing hydrostatic testing of the fuel oil transfer system.

Valves added in support of the future tie-in of the new Colt Emergency Diesel Generators (EDGs).

Summary I. No. The impact of adding valves to the EDG fuel oil transfer system was evaluated and deemed not an unreviewed safety question.

II. No. See I above.

III. No. This modification does not impact the basis for any Technical Specification.

SER No. TPC 85-726 Description of Change Install two additional valves to the valve lineup checklist for Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) 103 fuel oil transfer system.

Summary I. No. The added valves serve to support the future tie-in of the new Colt EDGs and does not affect any SAR evaluation.

II. No. See I above.

III. No. This modification does not impact the basis for any Technical Specification.

i SER No. TPC 85-755 Description of Change Lower fuel pool level to facilitate source cask removal without getting crane hook wet.

Summary 1

. I. No. This procedure change does not affect any SAR evaluation.

II. No. The possibility for an accident or malfunction of a different type than previously evaluated in the SAR has not been created due to this change.

1 III. No. This procedure does not reduce the margin of safety, I as defined in the basis for any Technical Specification.

SER No. SPCN 85-0837 Description of Change Add NOTE to allow certain steps in the transverse incore probe (TIP) system cold checkout to be performed in test condition heatup with the reactor in cold shutdown.

Summary I. No. This procedure does not increase the probability of occurrence or the consequences of an accident or malfunction of equipment important to safety, as previously evaluated in the SAR.

II. No. See I above.

III. No. The margin of safety, as defined in the basis for any Technical Specification, is not reduced.

SER No. SPCN 85-1206 Description of Change Perform tests to determine a cause for Reactor Water Cleanup (RWCU) isolations.

Summary i I. No. The referenced test which is performed while the reactor is in Condition 4 (cold shutdown), does not cause or affect an accident which exceeds those already analyzed in the SAR.

II. No. This procedure does not create a possibility for an accident or malfunction of a different type than evaluated previously in the SAR.

III. No. The margin of safety, as defined in the basis for any Technical Specification, is not reduced.

SER No. SPCN 85-1269 Description of Change Revise criteria for reactor water cleanup tests to ensure that the cleanup return temperature is less than or equal to 436 F when the heat exchanger bypass valve is open.

Summary I. No. The probability of occurrence or the consequence of an accident or malfunction of safety related equipment as previously evaluated in the SAR is not increased by this procedure change.

II. No. See I above.

III. No. The margin of safety, as defined in the basis for any Technical Specification, is not reduced.

SER No. SPCN 85-1275 Description of Change Provide instructions to station / operating personnel for the main turbine generator initial roll and synchronization below 5% core thermal power.

Summary I. No. The operation of the turbine at low loads is a routine plant function during startups and does not affect any SAR evaluation.

II. No. See I above.

! III. No. The margin of safety, as defined in the basis for any Technical Specification, is not reduced. This is a routine operation and does not affect the margin described in the Technical Specification.

SER No. SPCN 85-1419 Description of Change Create a temporary procedure to perform an integrity test of the main generator stator cooling system.

Summary I. No. The development of this temporary procedure and the performance of this test does not affect any SAR evaluation.

II. No. Performing this test does not create a possibility for an accident of a different type than previously evaluated in the SAR.

III. No. The margin of safety, as defined in the basis for any Technical Specification, is not reduced.

SER No. SPCN 85-1532 Description of Change Add two valves to the valve lineup checklist for performing pressure testing of the Fuel Oil Transfer System piping for Emergency Diesel Generator 101.

Summary I. No. This procedure change does not increase the probability of occurrence or the consequence of an accident i

or malfunction of safety related equipment as previously

[

evaluated in the SAR.

II. No. The addition of two valves to the valve lineup l checklist does not create a possibility for an accident or malfunction of a different type than previously evaluated in the SAR.

l III. No. The margin of safety, as defined in the basis for any l

Technical Specification, is not reduced.
