NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN LICENSED OPERATOR STATUS Ms. Haney:

Duke Energy Progress, LLC has determined an operator licensed at H.B. Robinson Steam

_Electric Plant,Unit No. 2, is no longer required to maintain operator status. This notification is being provided in accordance with 10 CFR 50.74. The name, license number, docket number, and effective date for this individual *is provided in the attachment to this letter. *

• Duke Energy Progress, LLC requests the information in the attachment be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) since the disclosure of this information would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
