Dear Mr. McCree:

In response to the letter dated February 11, 2013, Duke Energy Progress, Inc. formerly known as Carolina Power and Light Company, is submitting the original Personal Qualification Statement - Licensee (i.e., NRC Form 398) and the Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee (i.e., NRC Form 396) forms for two Senior Reactor Operator applicants and three Reactor Operator applicants for H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP), Unit No.

2. The February 11, 2013 letter,requested that the signed applications be submitted to the NRC at least 14 days before the first examination date. As discussed'during a phone conversation between Mr. Jeffery Smith, Duke Energy Progress, Inc., and Mr. Richard S. Baldwin, NRC Region II, arrangements were made to administer the license examinations at HBRSEP, Unit No. 2, beginning July 29, 2013.

Duke Energy Progress, Inc. requests that the information in the attachments be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) since the disclosure of this information would constitute.an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
