In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71, "Maintenance of records, making of reports," paragraph (e),

Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. hereby submits the results of its biennial review of the Big Rock Point (BRP) License Termination Plan (LTP). The review concluded that there were no changes to the BRP LTP during the preceding two years and that Revision 3 of the LTP as submitted in Reference 1 is the latest revision of the LTP.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
