ELECTRICAL BREAKER EXPLOSION On October 18, 1985 a 4 Ky nonsafety-related electrical breaker exploded, injuring two construction workers eating their lunch in the vicinity. The workers were transported to a local hospital burn center for treatment. Licensee investigation indicated that no foul play was involved. Vendor representatives have been brought in to determine the cause of the explosion. OSHA is also investigating the incident.
Regicnal followup is planned. There has been media interest in the event.
The State of New York has been informed.
