Title:
Public Meeting on ISFSI Management Planning for LACBWR Date(s) and Time(s): May 10, 2022, 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM ET Location: NRC Two White Flint North, T 7 D 30 11545 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD Category: This is an Observation Meeting. This is a meeting in which attendees will have an opportunity to observe the NRC performing its regulatory function or discussing regulatory issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed following the business portion of the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.
Purpose:
Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC, the licensee) staff and NRC staff will discuss the regulatory options available for long term management of the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) once decommissioning of the remainder of the site is complete.
